I had to agree experience at UDA! A lot of times I have a dental anxiety, but I can say everyone made my experience really great! The customer service experience was top tier. China Helped me Fill out everything. If I could only tell you how amazing China was 100x over i would. So patient and so kind. Zay was so helpful And both of them did a great job making sure I understood what was happening and what I’d have to Cover! Really glad I picked this place!

One of the worst dental practices I’ve been to. After waiting for nearly an hour in an empty waiting room, I was finally taken back for my appointment. The dental hygienist seemed to have no idea how to use the equipment in the room, kept making mistakes, and kept having to go out for help from other people. I was there for another hour and received no solution for the pain I was experiencing. I finally received a bill for the visit about 8 months later. Before I had a chance to pay the bill, I received notice that they had already sent the bill to collections. This practice is awful. I will not be back and suggest others stay away!

I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Derrick at the front desk. Derrick was absolutely awesome—extremely friendly, positive, and genuinely kind. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. His upbeat attitude and exceptional customer service helped turn what can sometimes be a stressful appointment into a truly great experience. The dental staff was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It’s clear that this office cares about both the quality of care they provide and the experience of their patients. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that combines excellent care with outstanding customer service!

So glad I found them! Talk about great patient care! I had an amazing experience from the initial call to schedule the appointment to leaving their office. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail, everyone being so friendly and taking the time to ask what I want from my care, if there’s anything that would make me more comfortable, and if I have any questions. Even though I could tell they were busy I didn’t feel it impact my care or experience. Big shout out to the amazing team that treated me today -Nia, Derrick, Ryan, China, and of course Dr. Harris! Thanks for the incredible care ♥️

I have not been to the dentist in about 3-5 years, therefore i was EXTREMELY nervous. I came here because of my insurance and this was the absolute BEST experience I have had in a long time form a dentist. The office staff was amazing, my dental assistant and dental hygienist were the sweetest and made me feel welcomed. My dentist was Dr. Alexus Harris. She was very kind and very professional. I honestly am excited to come back. I live in Burlington and came all the way here and I am beyond happy that I did. Please come here if you are looking for a dentist office that cares!
